The most common problem with our attitude

“Attitude is a state rather than a trait…. You can change your state quite easily if you know how to do it”

The practice of healthy thinking

“In all the medical training that I’d done no one ever taught me that my thoughts control my emotions or create my emotions. So, you can’t have a feeling without having a thought first”

Healthy thinking

“That’s when I discovered CBT or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and I discovered it was just the way I was looking at it, my attitude was wrong”

How do we measure wellness and the KYND app

“I’d see all these people coming into ED with strokes with extremely high blood pressure and people didn’t know they had high blood pressure or weren’t taking their pills”

Attributes and habits of success

“People will tell you all the reasons you won’t do something…. But you have to have belief in what you’re doing”
